plan for your care
Therapy is an investment
Therapy is one of the most valuable investments you can make in yourself. Below, you’ll find information about session fees, insurance, and payment options to help you plan for your care.
Session Rates
Session fees vary depending on the therapist you work with. Below are our standard rates:
We also offer a free 10-minute consultation to answer your questions and help you find the best-fit therapist for you.
Insurance and Reimbursement
We are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill insurance companies directly. However, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy services through their out-of-network benefits.
To support this process we've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines the process of getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits. Or we are happy to provide you with a superbill and you can seek reimbursement on your own.
How to Check Your Out-of-Network Benefits
To find out what your insurance might cover, you can call your insurance provider and ask these helpful questions:
Payment Options
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards. Payment information is securely stored in our client portal before your first session.
Cancellation Policy
Life can be unpredictable, and we value your effort in making therapy a priority.
Out of respect for everyone's schedule, including people on the waitlist, there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations and no shows with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full session fee. As a small, private practice, I do try to make room for various situations, and life circumstances- accordingly, everyone gets one free late cancellation or no show, after the first occurrence, the full session fee will be applied.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
